  • The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time frame above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as floods or typhoons.
  • International orders: For orders shipped to Alaska, Ohio, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other countries, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
  • For orders including Canvas/ Framed Canvas/ Metal Sign: Cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address in order to receive such a large item.
  • We do understand your concern when shopping online. We always keep track of every order and give customers full information by sending update emails regularly. You can always track your order here.
