We at Famiprints know that our customers want their orders as soon as possible, and we do our best to get all orders processed and shipped out immediately.

All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  1. Processing time:
  • The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 3 - 5 business days. 

       2. Shipping time:

  • United States: Standard Shipping: 6 - 9 business days (usually faster)
  • Canada, EU, Australia, New Zealand, UK, and Mexico: Standard Shipping: 10 -14 business days.

Covid-19 Shipping Time: Package during Covid-19 time will be delayed from 3 - 5 business days than usual. Thank you for your understanding

Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will have the name of the courier company via which your order has been dispatched along with the Tracking ID that you can use to track you order at every step as it reaches you.

If your order has reached your city, it should reach you very soon. You will most likely receive an ‘Out for Delivery’ update from the Courier Company.

Sometimes, there can be a delay in the delivery due to unavoidable circumstances which include:

  • Network issues
  • Unexpected weather conditions
  • Pandemic, Riots, etc.
  • Unlocatable or Incomplete address (In such cases, it would be advisable for you to contact the courier company and let them know of your complete address or any landmarks to easily trace your address.)

Please be patient as we will do our best to ship the products to you asap. We do understand your worry when shopping online. We always keep track of every order and give customers full information by sending update emails regularly. If you don’t receive your order after 45 days (which will likely never happen), you will get a 100% refund of your money without additional questions.
